Gingerbread Replica of The Templeton of Cary is Very Sweet

As the saying goes, ‘gingerbread houses are where sugar and  spice and everything nice come together.’

This is true for the recent gingerbread masterpiece, as well as for the home it replicates.

The very talented Chef Michael Steele and Director of Dining Meghan Clark of

The Templeton of Cary created a marvelous gingerbread reproduction of the luxury senior living community in Cary, NC. The 4 x 2.5 foot work of art created entirely with edible materials, was unveiled to the enthralled residents of The Templeton of Cary this past weekend. It was then displayed at the Cary Chamber of Commerce After Hours event.

“The amazing gingerbread version of The Templeton of Cary, made of “sugar and spice’ captures the real-life version of the community where everything nice comes together in a beautiful, engaging and wonderful home for our residents,” said Nicol Whitaker, executive director.
